If they can butt into other City matters, such as the lights, they can certainly get involved here!
We need residents to write letters to the Sedona RR News. They will not print my letters.

Based on recent activities of this School Board such as their attempt to support lighting on SR89A and the ploy by the Chairman of the Board to manipulate Auxiliary Dwelling Units on behalf of the Housing Commission, I’m not at all sure if bringing that group into this issue is a good idea.
Even if serving alchoholic beverages at city parks might be perceived as a source of competition to legitimate businesses, if it will serve to promote growth, development, and urbanization there’s no doubt in my mind this School Board will give the concept a thumbs up.
Just another opinion.

Brenda, I appreciate your opinion. But, just so you are aware, there are two seats up for election this Fall. This is the perfect issue for a school board to tackle. The question is as a parent, “Would you vote for a school board member who supports the City selling alcohol in the parks?” I think the majority of level headed residents would not.
